About Eureka

Better software starts with understanding the work.

Eureka is a founder-led systems and software practice for businesses that know something in the way they operate could work better — but do not want another layer of consulting jargon or unnecessary software.

01 · The problem

Most bad software is not broken enough to replace.

It is old, generic, expensive, or simply mismatched to how the business now operates. The team adapts with spreadsheets, duplicate entry, email approvals and knowledge that lives in people instead of the system.

02 · Our job

Find the real workflow underneath the workarounds.

We identify what the team actually needs, rebuild that workflow cleanly, migrate what matters, and stay involved through launch so the new system becomes infrastructure rather than another half-finished project.

03 · The standard

The replacement should be obviously worth doing.

If the current system is worth keeping, we will say so. When replacement makes sense, there should be a clear case in better usability, lower recurring cost, less manual work, or all three.

What that means in practice

Small enough to understand the work. Modern enough to rebuild it differently.

01

What we do

We replace outdated, expensive business software with systems built around the way a team actually works — then handle migration, launch and ongoing support.

02

Who we work with

Small and mid-sized organizations where one critical system carries the business and the team has quietly outgrown the tool they depend on.

03

How we build

Modern development and AI let us move faster and keep systems simpler. The technology is how we do the work; it is not the thing we sell.

How we work

Plain-spoken, scoped, and finished.

We talk about cost and outcomes, not jargon.
We quote the work before we start it.
We own the migration, not just the build.
We keep the system simple enough to trust.
